Terms and Conditions

CTECH Automotive customers will adhere to these policies and procedures outlined below. CTECH Automotive has the right to refuse service, sales and/or any transaction under any and all circumstances.

Product Warranties: CTECH Automotive will try to assist within the first 30 days when at all possible but in some cases it may be required to contact the manufacturer/vendor directly for product support. CTECH Automotive will always adhere to the manufacturer/vendors warranty period (if applicable).

Product Cancellations or Refunds: A 15% restocking fee is applied to all refunds or cancellations associated with an order cancellation to cover a portion of the expense that CTECH Automotive has incurred for our payment processor to handle your funds and product handling.

Special Orders or Prepaid Proucts/Items: Any item(s) or product(s) designated as “Special Order” or "Prepaid" cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been placed on order, and cannot be returned regardless of the circumstances.

Service Center: Any labor or service through the service center or service shop carries a 30 day warranty with a valid, paid invoice/order against the labor and service performed. Any product warranty that was installed or used at the time will be subject to the manufacturer/vendor guidelines above. All service and labor performed is at the customer/clients own risk and CTECH Automotive will not be held responsible for (including, but not limited to) adherance to local, state, and federal laws, motor vehicle inspections (safety, emissions and otherwise), motor vehicle operations, motor vehicle safety and functionality, etc. All work (service, labor, products or otherwise) are for "off-road" use only (see below section). Transportation services will offer no warranty of any kind and any all issues that arise will be through insurance carriers of both CTECH Automotive and the customer/client. CTECH Automotive will not be held responsible or liable - financially, legally, or otherwise for any issue that arises from the customer/client through service and labor performed through the service center that was both covered and not covered under these policies and procedures.

Returns: CTECH Automotive or directly with our wholesale distributors, vendors, resellers, and suppliers will not accept any returns after 30 days. Special order items or prepaid items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Service and labor performed through our service center will honor a 30 day warranty with a valid, paid invoice/order. Any service or labor falling outside of the 30 day warranty period will not be able to be warrantied or returned on payment. Products/items that were installed during this service or labor will not be able to be returned as returned items must be in new, unused, re-sellable condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by CTECH Automotive. All return shipping is the responsibility of the client - all return shipments must be insured, and any loss/damage claims must be filed by the client. CTECH Automotive will not accept returns on: wheels that have been mounted/test fit, coilovers, electronics, engine internals, turbochargers, superchargers, and turbocharger kits. When approved for inspection, a return will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refuses. Please see above section about cancellation and return restocking fees. A $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.

Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused and is returned to CTECH Automotive or directly with our wholesale distributors, vendors, resellers, and suppliers by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipment fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

Off-Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by CTECH Automotive are designated Race Only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws. CTECH Automotive does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. CTECH Automotive tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of products prior to purchase.

Manufacturer’s Policies: Certain manufacturers have policies on advertising, sales, and pricing which must be adhered to. As a distributor for these brands, CTECH Automotive is obligated to enforce these policies and inform our customers.

Application Fitment and Use: CTECH Automotive has an extensive database of parts fitments on many Year, Makes, and Models. However, it is still the customer's ultimate responsibility to validate that the fitment of any parts sold by CTECH Automotive will work with the customer's specific application. CTECH Automotive will not be held responsible or liable - financially, legally, or otherwise for any issue that arises from lack of due diligence to validate fitment with their particular application.
